For stores in the Seasonal Replay early-access program, when sales shift from one location to another (for example online orders moving to a new fulfilment site), forecasts now follow the recent, settled split instead of last year's.

Seasonal Replay (early access) now sizes products launched within the last year from the weeks they have actually been selling and their recent run-rate, so fast growers are no longer under-forecast.

Products without a season of their own sales history now use the standard forecast by default instead of borrowing a curve from similar items, which testing showed could under-order.

Two-way sync with Shopify's native Inventory Transfers is now on for every existing store with two or more Shopify locations. Approve the updated app permissions the next time you open Inventory Genius and your transfers start mirroring automatically.

We cut the JavaScript needed to open the app by about 75% and removed duplicate requests on page load, so screens appear sooner, especially on slower connections.

New stock takes only snapshot the items you are counting instead of every item at the location, so creation that could take over two minutes on large stores is now near-instant.

Leaving the page right after "Save & push to Shopify" could silently drop a new bundle; saves now complete reliably.

Transfers you create in Inventory Genius now appear in Shopify's own Transfers screen from the moment they're drafted, and transfers your team creates in Shopify appear in the app. Edits, dispatch, receiving and cancellations flow both ways, and stock only ever moves once.

Receive against a transfer in either place and the other catches up, including split shipments, extra lines added while stock is in transit, and transfers deleted in Shopify.

Search by SKU, title or barcode, filter by brand, product type, tag and ABC class, pick your columns, sort and select rows, reset quantities, and share a filtered view by link. A "Refresh and create" button now updates stale suggestions in one click.

Distributors carrying many brands from one supplier can filter suggestions by brand and group orders by Supplier then Brand, so each brand can be reviewed on its own.

The Kanban boards are now interactive: drag a card to a new column to change its status, with mouse, touch or keyboard.

On desktop, receiving shows an inline table of expected, received and remaining quantities with a keyboard-friendly Receive now column, ideal for keying in a delivery.

Scope a stock take to brands, tags or individual products and split zones by brand and product type. On desktop, counting works hands-free with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner.

Stock takes can now be tidied up after the fact, and a finalised take entered by mistake can be reversed, undoing exactly the stock changes it applied.

Each line shows green for a match and red for short or over, quantity entry no longer defaults to a one-tap count, and you can undo counts and are warned before finishing with gaps.

Seasonality classification now looks at both 13- and 26-week windows, so products with a long selling season are classified as seasonal.

Seasonal analysis now weights weeks by how available stock was, rather than simply masking stock-out weeks, so a sell-out doesn't masquerade as a seasonal dip.

For seasonal products, the rate of sale in the Planning parameters grid is labelled as the off-season trough rate so it isn't mistaken for peak demand.

Seasonal Replay early-access stores get last year's sales overlaid on the forecast, a confidence tier, a season tracker comparing sales to plan, and a plain-English "Why this forecast" panel.
